Private staircase to a small sitting area/single bed with cupboards, TV and kettle. Additional separate bathroom available for guests to use during their stay. Light breakfast provided in kitchen-diner for guests to help themselves to, including a selection of bread, croissants, cereals, juice and hot drinks. With prior notice, a lockable study/office room is also available for private use. Guest access Guests have private use of large loft suite with en-suite shower room and stairs to a small sitting area/single bed below. Guests also have private use of a further large bathroom, plus shared, unlimited access to a large kitchen-diner, garden, patio and downstairs cloakroom. Light breakfast provided in kitchen-diner for guests to help themselves to, including a selection of bread, croissants, cereals, juice and hot drinks. With prior notice, a separate study/office is also available for private use. During your stay Guests can contact the owner in person or via mobile at any time during their stay. Other things to note The owner has a small, gentle, well behaved dog who is very sociable with people. The dog will not be left at home when the owner is out at work.
