Residenza Alloro is an independent vacation home located in Borgo Ticino, Piedmont, a few kilometers from the enchanting shores of Lake Maggiore (9 km) and the picturesque Lake Orta (20 km). It offers the tranquility of a green and quiet area, while the proximity to Malpensa airport (20 km) makes it particularly convenient for those arriving by plane. The location is ideal for exploring not only Piedmont, but also Lombardy and other charming surrounding locations. The space Every room in the house is carefully designed to offer comfort and a warm and welcoming atmosphere, where you can feel at home. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need (oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, utensils, dishes and pots). The spacious and cozy bedroom has a king size bed and a double bed. The large and functional bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer and washing machine. A private garage offers a protected space to park your vehicle and store equipment and luggage. Outside, a fully fenced private garden and pergola offer a safe and pleasant space to relax, even in the company of your pets. In fact, we are pleased to be a completely pet-friendly facility: your furry friends are welcome! We kindly ask you to bring everything you need for them (kennels, bowls, etc.) and to keep the garden clean and welcoming for everyone. 😊 In winter, the house accommodates up to 3 people, while during the summer season it can accommodate up to 4 guests.
