Welcome to our Colourful Urban Oasis! Located in a quiet city area, our vibrant home offers a peaceful escape while staying close to the city center. Relax in our art deco-inspired space or enjoy the tranquility of our beautiful garden. You can enjoy short walks to local shops, cafes and restaurants and long walks around the many bays that surround. A 20-minute ride to the city or grab a local ferry for a harbor excursion. Experience the perfect blend of charm, comfort, and convenience. The space The house can accommodate 4 adults with its 2 bedrooms and 1. 5 bathrooms. It is quaint and vibrant with windows in the living room that face onto our charming outdoor patio and garden area. We have reverse cycle air-conditioning, timber floors, and gas heating to make it comfortable for you year-round. We provide everything you need – NBN wifi and smart TV, outdoor and indoor dining with BBQ, fully appointed kitchen including a full-size fridge. The main bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, the second bedroom can be used as a study or additional guests can utilise the sofa bed. You can also open up the back doors to enjoy the full extent of the outdoor patio and garden area. Our place is close to Wareemba Village - where you can find supermarkets, bakeries and cafes, restaurants, and a Medical Centre all within a 10min walk. There is also local swimming spots on the harbour, a rowers club, a golf course and the famous- Bay Run all within reach. We are close to Five Dock, Abbotsford, Chiswick and Concord and Sydney’s CBD is only a 20min drive. Guest access Guests have access to most of the house. 2 x bedrooms, living room, kitchen, dining, balcony and garden. There is only a 3rd bedroom that is locked. Other things to note There is a home renovation happening 2 doors down. We have had no complaints about it for the last year.
