The space The room is part of the main house however has its own entrance. Please note you wont have access to the main house. Only the room. It has recently been renovated with a brand new bathroom. The bathroom has a walk in his and hers shower and basins. It consists of a super king bed, a dressing table, tv with sound bar, fitted wardrobes, a small fridge, kettle, and microwave as well as a new aircon/heating system for the winter evenings or hot summer nights. Within walking distance to the local shop, a 3 minute drive to Panorama hospital, and a 20 minute drive into Cape Town City (15km) and Cape Town International Airport (13km ) this room is perfect for anyone looking for a room away from the busy city life or any doctors/nurses working at the hospital. It is also close to Century City conference centre and close to the N1. Please note this property is adult only and no children are allowed. Guest access Guests will have access to the pool and braai area which will also be used by other guests and my husband who lives in the main house. Netflix only on the TV During your stay My husband lives full time in the main house while I live between the house and the UK so he will be around if you have any problems or need anything. Other things to note As we are in a very quiet neighbourhood, we ask that noise is kept to a minimum at all times . We do not encourage the use of portable speakers around the pool area. We ask that you do not drink alcohol or use glasses whilst in the swimming pool. We ask that you inform us should you wish to have visitors. The room is for two people only.
