Unlike other rentals, we do not expect you to do chores on your departure morning. •Do NOT strip the beds. •Do NOT run the laundry. •Do NOT take out the trash. •Just turn off the lights, lock the door, and have a safe flight home! 📍 LOCATION & ACCESSIBILITY Located in a quiet, beautiful residential pocket, • 10 Mins: Kentucky Expo Center & L&N Stadium. • 12 Mins: Downtown Louisville & NuLu District. • 3 Mins: Restaurants, bars, and coffee shops on Bardstown Road. Guest must be 25 or older to book. We don’t allow birthday parties/ baby showers/bridal showers / proposals or any kind of Thanksgiving parties, Christmas parties or New Year’s. Our house is for the guests that reserved it to be a home away from home, or a place to rest when they come to visit the city or their families. Unfortunately we do not offer early check in’s Guest access Guest have access to the entire home and outdoor. With smart lock guest can check in at their own convenience. 5 parking spots off street. Other things to note This is our residence that we reside in and would like everyone to treat it with respect, if you're comfortable with that then we're looking forward to hosting you! We offer early check in or late check out for a fee of $200, or the normal check in is at 4pm.
