Two bedrooms and a full bathroom are located on the 2nd floor. The shared basement space includes a large community room, sauna, rinse shower, and two half bathrooms. The community room walks out the the back yard & beach area, and features a full kitchen with dining area, media space, and game room area. Guest access Guests enjoy access to the complex's shared lower level which includes a large walkout community room, additional half bathrooms, and sauna w/ rinse shower. The expansive community room features a full kitchen and dining area with two large tables (to be used together or separate), media area with TV, large sectional couch, and custom live edge oak bar, and game room area with non-pay games (soft-tip darts, ping pong, foosball). This space is absolutely amazing for spreading out, gathering, and mingling alike. Overlooking the lake and private beach, walkout doors lead to a patio area with picnic tables, gas & charcoal grills, and fire-pit with Adirondak chairs. All about the water? Our beach area is perfect for swimming with a gentle slope, soft sand, private dock, and floating pad. Nine kayaks, rowboat, and adult life jackets are free for guest use. The Main Store offers pontoon rental for $199/first day, $100 each additional day and includes a 20# bag of ice.
