This home is the perfect place for short term stays during athletic events and graduation! Other things to note Guest must sign Short-Term Rental Agreement, which will be sent upon booking. A security deposit of $1,500 per stay will be collected upon execution of the Short-Term Rental, and returned 2-3 days after check-out pending any incidents or issues with stay. Refusal to sign rental agreement or agree to incidental hold in allotted time will result in booking cancelation and return of any money received from renter, which shall not include any host cancelation fee.
