Panoramic Paradise close to Playa Norte Isla Mujeres NO PETS ALLOWED Spectacular Panoramic view. 1 brand new king bed studio apartment with kitchen/bathroom/shower on Malecón of Playa Norte on second floor 2 minute walk to bar Tiny Gecko with live music and restaurant La Lomita. 5 minute walk to Super Aki Grocery Store and main tourist street of Playa Norte full of restaurants bars/shopping. 5 minute walk to ferry to Puerto Juárez and Cancún. 10 minute walk to white sand beach of Playa Norte The space NO PETS ALLOWED. We have 2 listings on the waterfront. Number 6 and Number 7. Tired of explaining about sharing this huge balcony between the 2 units. In all the years I have been there. I have never seen other guests on the balcony. Guests do not park on the balcony. They move around the island. And you can see the ocean from the unit windows patio doors even if doors are closed. Lock Box to get the key located on the wall in the street or through Mexican owner and her mom that live first floor of the property. The 2 waterfront units we rent are on second floor. Danny. Other things to note NO PETS ALLOWED. They’re is a full but basic kitchen to cook. With basic cooking tools. But not the full luxury kitchen of a 5 million dollar condo. Air conditioning and TV are both brand new. So are the king size beds. Brand new. Big shower and sink all ceramic throughout. No renovation on our 2 units. All clean and like new. We had 1 bad review in 4 months. And it was false and exaggerated bad review from a jet lagged girl that expected a 5 million dollar condo we guess. Enjoy Paradise Isla Mujeres. Right on the waterfront. With 5 million dollar view. 5 minute walk to all the action. Yet quiet Mexican residential area. Right on the quiet Malecon. Danny
