Altitude Adjustment- Lake Arrowhead

Altitude Adjustment will allow your mind to enter a space of peace as you enjoy the views of tree's among more tree's! Whether you're cozy by the fireplace or enjoying a glass of wine in the clawfoot tub. With a balcony and porch you can enjoy any season and bring the outdoors indoors;) Hiking Trails, Lake Arrowhead Village, Off Roading Trails, shopping and more is all a 10 minute drive from Altitude Adjustment! The space Altitude Adjustment has a bedroom, living room with fireplace, fully stocked kitchen, bathroom with a clawfoot tub, balcony and porch! Perfect little oasis for up to 4 people! In the winter, the backyard acts as your private sledding slope; Enjoy a hot toddy on the porch while others enjoy snow sledding in nature ;) . The view from the couch leads to a large balcony which has you immersed in the tree's! Lake Arrowhead is truly a special place with the convenience of a city and the mellow pace of a village. With Summer concerts, Oktoberfest and snow in the winter, there is always something to do; even karaoke for the brave ;) There is a queen size bed in the bedroom as well as a queen size pull out sofa in the living room. Altitude Adjustment boasts a kitchen that includes a microwave, gas stove top, eating utensils, and pots/pans. We have a BBQ available for your use. We also have a sound bar speaker to play your tunes and a smart TV to watch your favorite shows. At any point you can look out a window and see the serene nature Lake Arrowhead offers :) Grass Valley Park - 1 minute drive Lake Access - 8 minute drive Lake Arrowhead Village - 10 minute drive Hiking Trails - 10 minute drive Big Bear - 27 miles away This is a guesthouse to the main house. We do not live in the main house but come on occasion to enjoy the tree's. We typically block off the calendar to the guest house when we come, so it's not likely that we will cross paths but on occasion it’s a potential Guest access You will see the main cabin as you arrive - that is our Vacation Home; Walk down the stairs to the left of the garage, and you will arrive at Altitude Adjustment :) Other things to note Note that we do not have an oven, however, we do have a large toaster oven, which you can find underneath the kitchen sink. We do have a heater and ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom, as well as an air conditioner. The guest house is under the main house and can stay pretty cool in the summer.
