At Maison Labeye, everything you need is already on site, so you can arrive empty-handed. Late September and early October: the days are mild, and the area is yours. In the morning, coffee on the terrace. In the evening, a hot tub under the stars. And for the aperitif on the first evening, a platter of Béarn charcuterie and cheese can await you upon arrival thanks to our aperitif packs. The space 🏡 A HOUSE DESIGNED TO ARRIVE EMPTY-HANDED 90 m² bright, independent, surrounded by greenery. Everything is already in place here: beds made, linen provided, kitchen ready. You put your bags down, and let's go. 🛏️ TWO BEDROOMS, TWO ATMOSPHERES Bedroom Chêne: bed 160 cm, accessible PMR Willow Room: 180 cm or twin bed (2×90), private shower room Beds made upon your arrival, bed and bath linen provided. 🛁 BATHROOM + SEPARATE TOILET Large shower, vanity, shower gel and shampoo provided. Bathrobes for exiting the hot tub. Separate toilet with storage. 🍽️ A 40M2 LIVING ROOM, OPEN KITCHEN Everything to cook really: oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee pod machine, wine cellar. The basics are already there: coffee, tea, spices, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. For the rest, a selection of local drinks is for sale on site. Dining area, living room, foosball, games and books, enough to occupy a screen-free evening. 👶 COMING WITH A BABY? EVERYTHING IS ALREADY THERE. Baby bed, high chair, bathtub, changing table, adapted dishes, etc., available upon request, at no extra cost. Nothing to carry, nothing to plan. Full list available upon request. PRIVATE 🌿 EXTERIORS 1000m2 garden with small orchard, 80m2 covered terrace with garden furniture and plancha. Private hot tub accessible year-round (bathrobes provided) Secure private pool open from April to October. In late September and early October, the water is warm and the evenings are still mild. Late September is the favorite season of the people of Béarn: clear skies, mild warmth, hikes, and markets without the crowds. The fine wines of Jurançon are just around the corner. Otherwise, the terrace, swimming pool or jacuzzi and a good bottle of Jurançon, it's already a beautiful day. ✨ THE AERO WITHOUT THINKING ABOUT IT Charcuterie and/or cheese platter from local producers, fresh bread, and a beverage of your choice (wine, sparkling wine, or lemonade), all delivered to the cottage for your arrival. You will receive an order link after your booking. Nothing to plan, just to choose. Guest access The cottage is a separate annex to our renovated old farmhouse, with its own access. You have the space entirely to yourself: the garden, terrace, pool, and jacuzzi are reserved for your use, with no neighbors overlooking. We are here if needed, for a question or a small unforeseen event, but we know how to be discreet. Other things to note Check-in from 4 pm Check-out before 11:00 AM. Free parking on site.
