My name is Mariza and my husband's name is Tadeu. We have hosted exchange students from a number of countries, our communication is heart-to-heart. We have a couple of tame cats, who do not enter the rooms (if they are not to their liking). The apartment is located 300 meters from Novo Hamburgo station. Close to markets, shopping and banks, Cx. Federal, Banrisul and BB. Also with easy access to BR 116 that goes to Serra Gaucha and the capital Porto Alegre. We don't have a garage, but there is a parking lot half a block away. The space Well-located apartment, close to the metro station with connection to the airport, bus station, Esteio and Porto Alegre exhibition park, Fenac, 3 rental companies, 3 banks (Cx. Federal, Banrisul and BB), access to BR 116 for those going to Serra Gaucha. Two blocks from Unimed's emergency room and four blocks from the UPA in the center. Four gyms around, one in front of the building and another with a swimming pool two blocks away. Guest access The guest can access the entire apartment area.
