If you're coming to work, the property is only two blocks from Aperam's central office. The apartment is located on the second floor of a quiet and organized building. By being in a building without an elevator, access is made by stairs, but the charm and convenience of the location compensates! The space Bedrooms: * Two bedrooms, one of them en-suite, both air-conditioned. * We offer bedding: sheets, virol, pillows and fleece blanket. Bathroom: * The suite includes a full bathroom with electric shower. * We offer a hygiene kit with shampoo, conditioner and soap. Dining Room and TV: * Table with three chairs. * TV with various channels available. Kitchen: * Equipped with fridge, stove and electric oven. * Basic utensils: plates, cutlery and other essentials. Laundry: * Washer and dryer (Use should be done with liquid soap only.) Stay Rules: The guest is responsible for cleaning during their stay.
