On the first floor, there is a living room, dining room, integrated kitchen, garden, and terrace with a grill. On the second floor, there are 3 bedrooms; a master bedroom with a private bathroom and exit to a terrace, and two bedrooms that share a second bathroom. Private parking for 2 cars, plus parking for visitors. The house has access to the beach by private walking access, without the need to drive. You have the option to use common areas that include a swimming pool, sauna, game room, and children's games. Other things to note It has all the implements for a good barbecue, a Weber grill (gas), wooden boards and grill implements. Good cell phone signal inside the house.
