The space Your private sanctuary is the entire second floor of our home, featuring a unique, peaceful design with warm wood paneling and high ceilings, creating a Zen-like atmosphere. • Living Area: Unwind in the large living room, complete with a stylish hanging chair and a beautiful stained-glass window. • Bedrooms: The apartment features two spacious bedrooms, both furnished with comfortable memory foam hybrid mattresses to ensure a restful night's sleep. • Bathroom: The shared master bathroom is a spa-like oasis, featuring a large soaking tub, a separate walk-in shower, and a double vanity. • Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary adventures. • Sustainable Comfort: We use geothermal energy, providing hydronic radiant heated floors for cozy winters and a hydronic fan coil for air conditioning on hotter days. • Entertainment: For your enjoyment, you'll find a selection of board games and books. Guest access As our guest, you will have private access to the entire second-floor apartment, accessible via its own interior entrance. You also have full access to the shared outdoor areas of the property. • Waterfront Access: Enjoy our beautiful, private spring-fed pond. On hot afternoons, it's the perfect spot for a refreshing swim from the dock. • Winter Activities: Depending on conditions, the pond is also suitable for skating in the winter. • Private Trails: We maintain a small network of trails right in our own backyard for you to explore.
