Welcome to our cozy 50m² vacation cottage, where old features meet modern comfort. The cottage is fully equipped, comfortably furnished and offers panoramic views of alpacas, chickens, a food forest and a small orchard. It is the ideal place to relax and unwind. Everything is on the same floor and accessible to walker and wheelchair users. You have a seat outside, a parking space, the possibility to charge your electric car, and you are welcome to our Theeterras! The space The house is completely on one level and furnished with every comfort. In the bedroom, it is possible to hang your clothes and store your suitcase. The living room has a nice sofa overlooking the meadow and a TV with all the channels. The kitchen is fully equipped. With an induction stove, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment. Here too, you can enjoy the view of the greenery and our own small-scale orchard. Like the rest of the cottage, the bathroom is also fully wheelchair and walker friendly! With two sinks and plenty of space to store your belongings. The entire property has underfloor heating. If desired, you can store your bicycles in a covered and lockable space, where they can also be recharged. Guest access The entire cottage is available for your use. Nothing is shared with others and the host. Other things to note With its location on cycling and hiking trails and public transportation within walking distance, you can reach the charming villages around Velp (NB), such as the fortified towns of Grave and Ravenstein, in no time. Within 5 minutes' walking distance, you will find the local bakery and the beautiful Mariëndaal Estate, an ideal place for a relaxing walk or a quiet picnic in nature. Take a look at the harbor of Grave or at Tongelaar Castle in less than half an hour by bike. In addition, the bustling cities of's-Hertogenbosch and Nijmegen are also easy to reach.
