Our apartments and lofts are designed to provide you with a warm stay in Mazatlán and its beaches. The building is located at the foot of Zona Dorada, one of the most touristic areas of Mazatlán. We have the pier and free beach access just two blocks away. We have 31 apartments, and each apartment or loft has its own separate entrance. Walking you can find: beaches, public transport, cafes, banks, a variety of restaurants and nightclubs. The space The accommodation has a double bed. It has a full bathroom, a minisplit in the room, Wi-Fi network, Smart TV (no channels), table, minibar and microwave. *You need to climb stairs. In the vicinity of our location you can find many restaurants, banks, cafes, attraction areas, beaches, casino, nightclubs, etc. We are neighbors of Starbucks, HSBC bank and a variety of restaurants so the area is very safe, busy and noisy. NOTE: THE AREA IS NOISY, PLEASE TAKE THIS INTO ACCOUNT BEFORE BOOKING. The best thing about our establishment is that you won't have to use a car to get from one place to another. Your car will be safe in our parking lot, which is very spacious and free for all our guests. The parking lot is inside the establishment, it has a fence and there is a person looking after them, for your greater Guest access We have a laundry area so our guests can wash their clothes if required at an extra cost. We also have ample free parking inside our premises. As a reference, we are in front of the Dolce Mami cafeteria and next to the Moira restaurant. The entrance is through a black gate. Other things to note The basic bathroom items and clean towels are only given upon check-in. If you want us to provide more, there will be an extra cost. Cleaning is only done when you vacate the apartment. If you require it to be done on any other day of your stay, there will be an additional cost of $150 per service. Laundry service is available at a cost of $100 per load (includes washing with shampoo and drying), this service is subject to availability. If you need an iron, you must request it at check-in. There are restaurants, bars, and busy avenues nearby, so there is usually a lot of movement and noise: music, cars, people, etc. Please consider this before booking. The establishment is not very suitable for resting, but it is excellent for getting to know the best of Mazatlan. Requests for changes and modifications to reservations will be accepted only if they are sent 48 hours in advance of check-in, otherwise they will be rejected. We only allow one change per reservation. Lost your keys? If it's during our team's working hours (10 am to 6 pm) we can quickly help you with a replacement which will cost $120. If this happens outside of our hours or in the early morning, we may not be able to support you quickly and it will cost $300. In the event that we do not have a replacement, you will need to cover the expenses of a locksmith. Did you forget your key inside the room?
