Bus stop 5mn walk to downtown Mulhouse. Close to Christmas markets, 30/40mn from Kaysersberg , Ribeauvillé, Colmar and 1 hour from Strasbourg. Also close to Basel and Freiburg. Europa Park 1 hour drive. Close to the Markstein Massif, the Grand Ballon, and mountain lakes. The space Modern house of 120 m2 with direct access to a large terrace of 30 m2. The house can accommodate up to 8 guests and is perfect for a stay with family or friends. -3 bedrooms and a mezzanine are upstairs: A 1st master bedroom with a double bed (160 × 200). A 2nd bedroom with a double bed (140 × 200). A 3rd bedroom with a double bed (140 × 200). A mezzanine with a sofa bed (140×200). Possibility of providing a travel cot. Bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet are also upstairs. - On the ground floor, you will find a pleasant and bright living room consisting of a seating area and a fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, toaster, oven, induction stove, microwave, raclette machine, pancake maker...). A 2nd toilet is also on the ground floor. - 300 m2 outdoor plot, large terrace, tubular pool (4 m diameter, 1.20 m deep). Private parking with the possibility to park 3 cars. Other remarks: - Wifi connection. - Board games and children's books available. - Bed linen, bathroom mats, dish towels, toilet paper provided. Your beds will be made upon arrival. - Basel Airport located 20 minutes away and Mulhouse train station 10 minutes away by car. - Bus stop located 5 minutes' walk from the house, line 13 allows you to get to the city center of Mulhouse in 15 minutes. - We have a cat but it lives outside. We just ask our tenants to fill its bowl of kibble every 2-3 days.
