After three years of renovation, we are delighted to be able to let you enjoy a weekend or a week's vacation in this house with 7 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The renovation was thought out with taste and attention to details! The house is built around a large entrance, it overlooks the living space (100 m2) with large volumes and wide openings to the outside. A fireplace and a stove warm the space during winter evenings (the house is equipped with central heating). There are three distinct spaces in the living area: The kitchen has all the modern comforts and state-of-the-art appliances (oven, kettle, Nespresso machine, ice maker, slicer, gas stove... with a small table for meals. The dining room with a wood stove and a large farm table can accommodate up to 14 people! The living room is organized around the fireplace and two large sofas. The floor is accessed by a large steel staircase, a landing leads to 1 master bedroom with adjoining bathroom in polished concrete (walk-in shower and bathtub) and two bedrooms for children and a toilet. In the other wing, there is a games room with small lounge area, darts, foosball, board games, card games, games for children. A large corridor that provides access to the dormitories with 5 single beds (attention bunk bed) with an ensuite bathroom with bath/shower. Then three bedrooms, each with a double bed overlooking the garden, two of the three bedrooms have direct access to the garden. Between two of the bedrooms a nice walk-in shower room in waxed concrete. Laundry room with washing machine, dryer, sink, ice maker, microwave... Outside, very large garden with two garden tables, deckchair, hammock, bbq, slide, swing, trampoline, ping pong table, soccer cages, children's and adult bikes. On the property, children can go directly to feed our sheep or pick fruit in the orchard. You also have access to a pond located 3 minutes' walk away. We have two listings for this house, a 3-bedroom version (6 people) and a 7-bedroom version (14 people). Guest access During your stay, you can enjoy the entire house and its grounds. The house is located in the heart of a 180-hectare agricultural property. The landscapes are varied, woods, meadow, pond and crops. nearest train station Verneuil sur Avre (20 min) or Loupe (25 min). We are 130 km from Porte d'Auteuil, about 1 hour 40 minutes.
