The property is equipped with a modern LUBE indoor kitchen complete with CANDY appliances (induction cooktop, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with large freezer) as well as dishes, dishes and tablecloths. The indoor kitchen has an island, ideal for quick meals (breakfast) or as a worktop for preparing dishes. The living area on the ground floor is equipped with air conditioning. The property is served by a private car park, covered by a straw canopy and free for guests to use. The property enjoys a pleasant sea view, both from the ground floor and from the solarium. The accommodation is located within the private village of STAZZO PULCHEDDU, the latter equipped with two swimming pools, a bar and a restaurant. Upon request at the Stazzo Pulcheddu Consortium (located in the main square) it is possible to use (for a fee) the tennis court and the beach volleyball court. The Relais Avia Pervia is not, however, suitable for those looking for accommodation with direct access to the sea, as the latter is only 5 minutes away but can only be reached by car. The STAZZO PULCHEDDU village has been expertly camouflaged in the Sardinian scrub, is surrounded by greenery and is located in an unparalleled strategic position that allows its guests to reach the most beautiful beaches of Gallura (for example Isola dei Gabbiani, Conca Verde, Marmorata, Rena Bianca) respectively in 5-15-25-30 minutes by car.
