Lovely apartment, newly built and indipendent, in the countryside of Siena, close to the city and the castle of Monteriggioni with large garden and access to the parking lot and the swimming pool. Swimming Pool Opening: from the 14th May (If the weather condition permit it) to the 1st October. N.B. The pool will be shared between the guests and the owners. The space The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom (with a double bed and a single bed) and a living room with a sofa bed. Equipped with air conditioning (included in the price) and pellet stove. N.B. The pellet stove is activated upon request and includes the supply of 1 bag of pellets. Additional bags can be purchased through the owners or at any stocked store. Guest access The apartment, newly built, is located in a portion of a typical Tuscan farmhouse and recently renovated, immersed in the countryside of Siena in a profusion of colors and variety of vegetation. It can accommodate up to 3 guests, offering all the comforts for a holiday in peace and quiet, but at the same time connected with the outside world. Other things to note Check-in is from 3 pm to 9 pm, whereas the check-out will be within 10 am. Tourist tax for the Municipality of Monteriggioni is of € 1,50 per person for the first four days of stay, payable upon arrival. At your arrival we will request an ID card or passport for each guests to do the check in procedure. It is not possible for resident tenants to accommodate for the night and even in the pool people not declared at the time of arrival. We do a weekly linen change. For those who request for a change before the week end, the price is € 5,00 for the bed linen and € 5,00 per person for the bath towels.
