It can accommodate up to 11 people (8 adults and 3 children; no additional guests are allowed) in a green and peaceful setting, ideal for stays with family or friends. Just a stone's throw away, the Church of Saint-Nicolas de Tavant houses 12th-century Romanesque frescoes listed as a historic monument— a rare medieval treasure. And to explore the local area, the châteaux of Chinon, Azay-le-Rideau, and Rivau are just 20 minutes away. KITCHEN AND LIVING ROOM The fully equipped kitchen is designed for large groups: electric oven, induction cooktop, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, conventional and Nespresso coffee machines, toaster, and all the necessary utensils for cooking just like at home. The spacious and welcoming dining area can easily accommodate the entire group. The living room, separate from the kitchen, is a comfortable and cozy relaxation area. Sofas, TV with streaming service—everything you need for evenings with family or friends after a day of exploring the Loire Valley. BEDROOM AND SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS The house has 5 bedrooms spread over two levels. On the ground floor: Bedroom 1: 1 160 × 200 double bed with en-suite private bathroom with bathtub and toilet · Washer and dryer available On the first floor: Bedroom 2: children's bedroom with bunk beds (for children only) and a crib for babies up to 1 year old Bedrooms 3, 4, and 5: three double bedrooms with 160×200 beds, bright and comfortable Shared bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, heated towel rail, and hairdryer 🛏️ Beds made on arrival 🛁 Bed linen and bathroom linen included for all guests (linen not provided for the cot) OUTDOOR & POOL The enclosed, lush garden is a true outdoor living space. The large terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, and a Weber gas barbecue is ideal for your summer meals and evenings. The swimming pool (8 × 3 m) is available from June to September, depending on the weather. It is equipped with a secure roller shutter.
