This spacious 1st floor apartment offers open plan living and a fully equipped kitchen. French doors lead out onto a spacious 32” covered terrace, comfortably furnished to enable you to relax and enjoy both the fabulous sea view and the cooling Atlantic breeze. The space The well maintained spacious apartment has been decorated and fitted out to a high standard and offers an open plan living and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, blender, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. A flat screen TV, both DVD and CD players and a selection of DVD’s and CD’s are provided for your entertainment, together with a selection of holiday reading. Cable TV and Wi-Fi internet are also included for your convenience. Ceiling fans and AC are fitted in all rooms, but with wonderful trade winds wafting through you will often find neither is needed. All doors and windows in the open plan living area are screened. St Kitts has some wonderful beaches, some with bars, restaurants and beach loungers for rent, others totally deserted. So if you fancy taking yourself off to a deserted beach to play Robinson Crusoe for the day, I even provide you with beach towels, beach chairs, a cool bag, a sun umbrella and picnic essentials! A local cell phone is also provided for your use during your stay to make booking restaurants or taxis simple. The Caribbean beach, with its numerous bars/restaurants, known as “the Strip”, is a gentle stroll away, and there’s a large selection of restaurants, shops, food stores within a stone's throw. Guest access If you have limited mobility, please note there is a flight of stairs to access the apartment but once inside Oleander, it's all on one level. The communal site is easy access. As well as the wonderful communal pool with chairs and sunbeds, there is also a tennis court - rackets and balls are provided. The beach is accessed directly from the communal area.
