Comfortable Stylish Annex

Please enjoy this NEWLY EXTENDED AND REFURBISHED, calm, stylish space. The Annex is comfortable, with thoughtful touches to ensure guests enjoy their stay. It has its own private path & gated entrance and a dedicated garden area, allowing guests to enjoy warm evenings. The space Open plan ground floor with entrance hall area, with hooks and space for coats and shoes. New kitchen, ground floor cloakroom, dining table and chairs, comfortable double sofa-bed, and beautiful new crafted open tread staircase leading to first floor landing with wardrobe space, double bedroom with feature bath, and separate shower room with lock. Private entrance for guests. The annex has its own garden space with table/chairs and a hammock. Charcoal barbeque and tools available on request. Brand new boiler! PLEASE NOTE: The Main House is separated from the Annex by a solid oak, locked fire door, curtain and sound insulation. The main House and the Annex have separate thermostats to allow both spaces to be comfortable for different preferences. Guest access The whole annex is self-contained with its own private gate into a dedicated garden area, and own private doors to the annex. Entry to the annex by using a keysafe. Other things to note The Annex is joined to the main house, and separated by a locked solid oak fire door. Some noise does transfer, but not clearly, so please don't worry that it's not private. Your privacy is important, and that you feel you can relax and enjoy the space. I just ask that you are respectful of the proximity and don't play really loud music etc. There is also a curtain and a draft/sound excluder on the house side of the locked door. The House also accommodates guests sometimes.
