This spacious 3 bedroom house is positioned on an extremely quiet road in the village of Pagham, West Sussex. Local shops, take aways and the beach are all located within 250 metres whilst four village pubs and the RSPB harbour are only a short walk away. Chichester is a 15 minutes drive making it handy for shopping trips, Goodwood events and lovely countryside walks. For the vast majority of the year this is a family home, therefore some personal possessions will remain. The space The majority of the year this is a family home. The master suite on the first floor is a large room comprising of a super king bed and en-suite with shower, WC and sink. There is also access to a TV with GoogleCast installed. On the ground floor, there are two further double bedrooms. The first with a king size bed, the second with a single bed. Additionally on the ground floor you will find the main bathroom with a shower, bath, sink and WC. Right next door is a separate cloakroom with WC and sink. Through the hallway is the living area with open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge. Within this space you will find a large dining table, 50inch TV, range cooker, log burner and a sizeable sofa. The outside space is connected to the open plan living via 3m bi fold doors which leads to a large garden and outdoor dining space. The garden is completely secure so if you do have furry friends you can let them roam. The garage and the outdoor store will not be accessible. Guest access Guests will have access to all of the house but the garage and outdoor store will not be accessible.
