Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space surrounded by meadows, fields and forests. The light-flooded accommodation is equipped with electric shutters and underfloor heating. There is a grocery store / bakery right outside the city. By bus (line 1 - every 30 minutes), you are in the medieval old town of Landshut in 20 minutes. Munich can be reached in just 60 minutes by car. Munich Airport is 40 minutes by car. The space The accommodation has a living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a hairdryer and toiletries from Jean & Len. In the bedroom, you sleep on a high-quality box-spring bed with a continuous mattress. Linens, towels and dish towels are provided and changed at any time upon request. A covered terrace and a patio are at your disposal. Since we only use the upper area in our wooden house, you can enjoy your area in peace. Guest access When you are in front of our house, please go down the outside stairs to the apartment on the left. The garden door is not locked and can be easily opened with the inner door handle. Important in the dark: The light switch for the lighting of the outside staircase is between the mailboxes, which are located at the garage. (Right at the garden gate) The key box is located on the wooden post to the right of the front door. A parking space is available right outside the building.
