Facilities include outhouse, outdoor shower with instant hot water, outdoor kitchen with camp stove, BBQ & cooler, bring ice. Sauna is available for use (bring bathrobe). Cottage is completely private & separate from main house. Breakfast included M-F. Weekend breakfast, vegetarian dinner, & massage are available upon request, before arrival, at extra cost. The space The quiet and simple space allows you to let go, escape and connect with nature and each other. The property is on 17 acres of woodland, just off Hwy 6, 5 minutes west of the Needles ferry, in the heart of the West Kootenays, 7 minutes from pristine Arrow Lake and 10 minutes from Whatshan Lake. The area is known for its natural beauty and woodland forests, crystal clear waters and mesmerizing mountains. Many activities are accessable nearby for outdoor enthusiasts; fishing, hiking, boating, swimming, clean beaches, hot springs, quading & golfing. Experience cliff jumping at the famous "hippy hole" and waterfall. Climb our exclusive hiking trail from property to the river, with option of gold panning. On the way, stop at Zen Hill for meditation and wilderness observation. The area is quiet, remote, and offers complete peace and tranquility, all in a picturesque environment. We have an outdoor gym available for use. Take a day and explore the valley, visit the charming village of Nakusp, or relax in the many surrounding Hot Springs. Guest access There is year-round parking available directly outside the cottage for one vehicle. Other things to note Breakfast is included Monday to Friday Vegetarian Dinner is available by advance request for extra charge ($18 per person.)
