Charming Breton country stone house located between Lamballe (19 km) and Loudéac (20 km), 35 min drive from the beaches of Pleneuf-Val-André, Erquy (45 min). Ideal for an authentic stay in the countryside, with family or friends with beautiful walks in the forest or by the sea to discover the bay of St Brieuc or the Emerald Coast. The space The house overlooks the garden with terrace. A table with umbrella and plancha for grilling are installed there. As well as 3 deckchairs and a small bistro table. We can accommodate 4 guests: 2 people in the double bedroom (accessed by a wooden staircase) which is very spacious and a large bathroom with shower and toilet. On the ground floor, a large living room with a sofa bed (click clack), and another sofa to watch TV. A large adjoining kitchen with (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker etc... Linens are provided as well as sheets. Chests of drawers and wardrobe for your clothes. Guest access The house is 70 m² on 2 floors, you will be completely autonomous. Our house is right next door but not overlooked. So we are at your disposal to give you the keys, if you are missing something or if you have the slightest concern we can intervene quickly for your comfort.
