(Broken furniture , amenties or any stains by food & drinks on sofa , bedsheet , blanket , wall etc) • Lost of keys is subjected to a penalty of RM 100 • Unmarried couple or groups of different gender (who are not family members) are prohibited from renting the same homestay • Security camera notice: There is a security camera installed outside the home, facing the garage/parking area only. It records video for safety and property protection.
