Modern and renovated apartment located in the Delicias area, a residential neighborhood with a wide variety of services and very well connected by public transport as it is very close to two metro stations: Acacias and Embajadores. It is located in a brand new and renovated apartment complex. The apartment accommodates up to 4 people, making it perfect for families. It has everything you need for a great stay. It is a duplex. The space On the ground floor, there is a living/dining room with an equipped kitchenette (microwave, kettle, coffee maker, ceramic hob, etc.) and a dining table. The living room also has a Smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a comfortable sofa bed for two. The upper floor consists of a bedroom with a 1.90 x 1.50 double bed and a Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom is downstairs and is complete with a shower. Bed linen and towels are provided. My Minty Stay colleagues will be available throughout your stay to help you with anything you need. Guest access The apartment has been furnished with all the necessary appliances to ensure a comfortable and great stay. During the stay, guests have access to the entire house. The house includes, among others: - Heating and air conditioner - throughout the building. The AC and heating system is centralized and the hot/cold mode is set automatically depending on the time of year. In winter, the cold mode cannot be activated and in summer, the heat mode. Still, there is a thermostat to regulate the ignition and temperature, without changing the mode. - Wifi - TV - Full equipped kitchen - Hangers in closets - Linens & 2 towels per guest - Check-in at any time (Upon availabilty) - Property Guide with tips of the neighborhood and the city - Attention during the stay in case of any incident. The apartment is provided with linens and towels for all guests, so you do not need to worry about that. In the bathroom you will find small bottles as shampoo, shower gel and soap for the first day of your stay. It's no need you bring all this with you. Other things to note Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, although in some cases it may be possible to enter earlier, as long as the apartment is available. The guest can ask the Minty Stay team the day before arrival. The check-out time is by 11:00 AM unless another time has been agreed upon in advance with the host.
