Modern Kitchen: • The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, including cookware, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, and fridge, dish washer, catering to all your cooking needs. Convenience Amenities: • We provide shampoo, body wash, towels, a hairdryer, an iron, an iron board, a washing machine and a dryer to ensure a hassle-free stay. Free WiFi: • The entire house is covered with high-speed wireless internet provided by Telstra, Australian No. 1 provider, keeping you connected at all times. Parking: • There are parks for two cars and free street parking. Nearby parks are also available for exploration, and you can easily take the train or Metro (open August 2024) to Sydney CBD and everywhere. Shopping: • An 11-minute walk to Chatswood Chase Shopping Centre and Chatswood Mall Market. Transportation: • At the street corner there is bus 277 which heads to Chatswood Central. Chatswood Train Station and bus exchange are just a short distance away, offering convenient public transportation for your travels. Guest access - You will have access to the entire house excluding the storage room next to the BBQ during your stay, making it feel like your own home. - The keys will be conveniently left in a padlock. - A check-in guide will be sent to you before your arrival for your convenience. Other things to note ● POOL: [CURRENTLY OUT OF SERVICE ] The pool condition changes depending on the weather and some other conditions. - The pool is regularly maintained in summer. But it is an outside pool with high pine trees around, so its' natural geography of this pool dictates that it will have some fallen leaves floating on the surface of the water, which the vacuum cleaner in the pool will clean up as they sink to the bottom. If you are looking for a 100% perfect clean and no-leaves pool, please do not book this property. - Please leave the vacuum cleaner always in the pool, it is working automatically, if the machine is without water it stops working. - If you stay longer than 3 days, you may need to refill the water to ensure the pool is in good condition. - The main pool maintenance machine works automatically every day, from 6-10 am, 4-8 pm, if you feel it doesn't work, it may need to be switched on manually. - Please ensure your and your children's safety at the pool area. No alcohol at the pool. ●BINS: The council will clean all bins every Wednesday morning. If you coincidentally stay here on Tuesday, we would appreciate it if you could push the bins, at least the red and the yellow bins, to the street. ●PARKING: Two car parks are available. One street parking and another in the car park. ● SMOKING: Smoking, including cigarettes and E-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited indoors. ● PETS: Regrettably, pets are not allowed. ● JUMPING: Please refrain from jumping on the bed or sofa. ● NOISE: Please lower the volume after 9 pm to ensure a comfortable living environment for all residents. ● EXTRA LINENS: Additional linens are available upon request for an extra cost of $35 per set. Please notify us in advance before your arrival if you require this service. ● KEYS: Ensure the key is always with you or kept in the key box. An additional fee of $300 for replacement keys will be applicable if their loss is confirmed. ● CHECK-OUT: When checking out at 10 am, please leave the property in a clean and tidy condition. ● DAMAGES: Guests are responsible for covering the costs of any breakages or damage, as well as any additional cleaning beyond a standard clean. ● PARTY: Parties are strictly prohibited. 🚫 In the event of a complaint, fines starting from AU$2000 may apply.
