The space The property is located on a quiet street with shops, schools, pharmacies, a hospital, gym, clinic, bakery, butcher shop, market, schools, squares, a high school, university, restaurant, beauty salon, construction warehouse, stores, squares, theaters, and a movie theater nearby. The apartment has built-in closets, a guest bathroom, 2 living rooms, 4 bedrooms, a laundry room and a utility room, and a fitted kitchen. There is no landline. The building is fully residential and I do not allow parties or gatherings in the apartment. It is located between Avenidas Afonso Pena, Contorno, Carandaí and Brasil. I am a university professor, writer and business administrator, divorced, and I have a 16-year-old son who stays with me on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, as well as on alternating weekends. I'm not a smoker and I don't host smokers, I drink socially. I take care of the housekeeping and cleaning of the apartment myself, and occasionally there is a maid who cleans every 15 days. I prefer quiet, non-smoking people. Guests have privacy, comfort and total security, and are always welcomed by the owner. You can use the kitchen and laundry freely. There is public transportation to the bus station/subway (you can go by bus, taxi or on foot!!). There are buses with connections to CNF and PLU airports nearby. The room is large/spacious and airy!! Check-in and Check-out times are flexible; For guests arriving at Pampulha Airport (Fee R$ 50.00) or Confins R$ 100.00) previously scheduled and paid in cash in Reais or foreign currency (Euros, Pounds or United States Dollars)
