We are situated between Matlock, the gate way to the Peak District, and Matlock Bath, approximately a 12 minute walk to both and only a short walk to the local attractions such as the Heights of Abraham and Gulliver’s Kingdom. Heights of Abraham can be seen from the house. The house looks over the river Derwent and High Tor. Often at weekends you'll see climbers taking on the rock face. *There is off road parking on site. * External CCTV
