Tatlayoko Lake House on Homathko River

Settle into the beautiful Tatlayoko valley in this spacious and serene house with incredible mountain views, and surroundings of hay fields and the Homathko River. Close to Tatlayoko Lake, well known for its wind and kite surfing, fishing, boating and swimming/exploring/hiking opportunities. Adjacent valleys and offer similar recreational opportunities. Mobile sauna can sometimes be made available to guests by special arrangement, and extra charges would apply. Please inquire for details. The space The guest suite has two levels, with 2 bedrooms and a half bathroom (toilet/sink) upstairs, and one small bedroom on main floor. All are queen beds. A gorgeous new bathroom with deep tub, double sink, walk in shower with separate toilet room is on the main floor. Towels are supplied. There is a large living room with two single mattresses on a couch that can be made into beds, if you request, for kids etc. There is a large, well supplied kitchen and dining area. Bring all your own food. The space provided inside the house is private, and there will be no other guests in the house. The owner has access to seperate office/basement in the house, both with their own exterior entrances, and may access those spaces during your stay. Guest access Guests should bring all required groceries for their stay. There is no shopping available locally. The kitchen is fully equiped, including an electric stove top, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and other items. There is no full sized oven, but there is a toaster/convection oven that handles items up to 12" in diameter. A barbeque can be made available upon request. There is very limited cell service west of Williams Lake, and no local cell service at all. Tatla Lake (a 30 minute drive) has cellular service and a restaurant with limited hours. It is recommended that you gas up in Tsideldel (Redstone) or Nimpo Lake before arriving. Registration details Provincial registration number: H048011672
