The Powder Forest Guest House features 6 separate rooms. Room Five is on the SECOND floor and contains a queen sized bed and full sized, pull out couch. The fully remodeled, Guest House is situated between the pond at Millwrights Restaurant and Illumina Day Spa, both within walking distance. There is a public pay for use, level 2 EV charger 530 feet from the building in the Mill Commons Apartments. Other things to note There are 6 accommodations at the Powder Forest Guest House with a shared entryway (except for Room One). You will hear activities of daily living within the building. Please be respectful to other guests and observe the quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. There is no laundry onsite. The kitchenette includes a microwave and mini fridge. There is no stove.
