There are two double bedrooms and an open-plan fully fitted kitchen/sitting room and generous sized shower room. Other things to note The apartment is situated within a separate building in the garden of the owner’s property and completely detached. We are sorry but we are unable to accept pets. We request no smoking inside. Please remove outdoor shoes before taking the stairs up to the apartment. Please vacate by 11am . We are happy for a later departure time if there are no bookings on your day of departure. Please check with us. Please note - The price given per night is based on 2 people. If two only occupants wish use of both bedrooms there is an additional fee of £35 to cover cleaning and laundry. If the booking is for four people there is an additional fee of £30 per person per night.
