Beautiful modern suite in the PNW

Kick back and relax in this chill, stylish space. Located about 30 min from Downtown Seattle and close to multiple freeways it’s a perfect central location for travelers looking to explore the beautiful PNW. Only 18 mins from the International airport . The modern Kave is in the basement of a home with its own private entrance, separate bedroom, kitchenette, dining room, living room and bathroom. The only shared space is the gym and dry sauna if you choose to workout during your stay! The space The modern Kave is a cozy, basement located in a quiet neighborhood with its own private entrance. It has one bedroom with a queen bed for 2 and if you’d like to add additional guests, a great quality, comfortable air mattress is also available and can be set up in the living space as it is large enough to accommodate more guests. The living space has a large sectional with a fireplace and tv and is an open concept with the dining room and kitchenette attached. The kitchenette has a cooktop, microwave, air fryer, toaster, fridge and freezer along with an espresso machine to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Behind the metal sliding doors to keep your space private, is the gym (this is the only shared space in the home) and includes freehand weights, a few workout machines, a treadmill, massage chair and dry sauna. Sometimes you may see the sweetest, friendliest Scottish fold and Scottish straight white cats popping into the gym or you may bump into the hosts there as well. Dont worry, they’re friendly too!:) Guest access One parking spot designated for the guest on the left side of the driveway (this is the closest spot to the airbnb as the entrance to the modern Kave is on the left side, up the walkway and down the cement stairs.
