Relax by the side of the pool or have your morning coffee by the large koi pond. We have a solar heated pool so there is an extend swim season. Enjoy your favorite shows on the 75 inch tv screen. While this lovely casita does not have a full kitchen there is a coffee maker, full size fridge and hot plate. We have newly installed window blinds on all the windows(not on pic). Step outside the sliding glass door and enjoy your pool oasis with a BBQ and fire pit. Our house is on the same property. The space This property is conveniently located about 1 mile off of Interstate 17. It is also located 1 mile from the Road Runner Bar and Restaurant as well as other restaurants nearby. We are 12 minutes from all the shopping you would need including an outlet mall. We are 40 minutes from the airport and downtown Phoenix, 1 hour from Sedona, and 1:45 from Flagstaff. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. This includes the pool ( pool is not private), 12,000 gallon koi pond and walking path around the property. The off limit areas are the shop and our house. There is also a regulation size horse shoe pit. Other things to note Enjoy the numerous wildlife we frequently see including dozens of species of birds, coyotes, rabbits and Jack Rabbits. This property is protected by an automatic gate and a key fob will be provided.
