Perfectly situated to reach all the great points in and around HRM. Located in a quiet neighborhood just 20 mins drive from downtown Halifax and less than 15 minutes to the Dartmouth waterfront by car. Lots of great amenties within 2kms, resturants, cafés, grocery stores, liquor stores, etc. We're under an hour to both the South shore and the Valley, and within 30 minutes or less to local well known beaches Perfect for a couple, or if you're traveling with small kids we can accommodate 4 ppls The space The apartment is situated at the back of our house and has its own small green space (if you're traveling with your furry family member, please make sure you pick up after them in this area). It is a ground level suite (we live on site upstairs). There is a ramp and the apartment is all on one level. Free parking is available on the street across from the house year round (incase of winter ban street parking, a separate message regarding parking will be sent after reservation is accepted.) Guest access Guest have access to the entire one bedroom apartment and the small green space outside the door. Other things to note Early and late checkouts can sometimes be accommodated for a $25 fee (This goes to our cleaner). The fee is added after the reservation has been accepted. Our home caters to every walk of life and we enjoy being able to offer a pet friendly rental for a flat fee. If you have specific needs, dietary, mobility, allergies etc, it helps us help our guest if we know about them in advance.
