Cozy in Camburi - Condominium house 100 meters from the beach

Newly renovated house in a gated community, very cozy, 100 meters from the beach. Beach service (sun guard and chairs), condominium with swimming pool, tennis court and sauna, amidst lots of vegetation and good taste. Great place to recharge your batteries. Guest access Entire house available, with the exception of the master bedroom closet. Other things to note Turn on the hot water in the electrical panel (behind the hallway door - number 21) as soon as you arrive and turn it off before leaving. The house heater is made by a boiler (resistance), which provides a limited amount of hot water per time. Many long showers quickly run out of hot water. We suggest baths of approximately 6 minutes, or wait about 30 minutes for the water to reheat ☺️
