On the ground floor you will also find an elegantly furnished bedroom with a 160/200 bed, as well as a contemporary shower room equipped with a multi-jet shower, offering an invigorating bathing experience. Going upstairs, you will discover three additional bedrooms, each equipped with a comfortable 140 x 190 bed. A third bedroom offers extra flexibility with a 130 x 200 sofa bed, ideal for relaxing or accommodating extra guests. The exterior is not left out with a 1000 m² garden, perfect for sunny mornings or starry evenings. Two terraces are at your disposal, offering ideal spaces for alfresco dining or simply to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside. A ping pong table and an adult foosball table are available. However, please note that the back garden, although spacious and extending over 1000 m², is a common space. We encourage you to use and enjoy it, while respecting the tranquility and privacy of other guests in the adjoining accommodation who may also use it. We want you to feel at home while respecting shared spaces. Your comfort and well-being are our priority. In addition, our garden is maintained without the use of pesticides or chemicals. 2. Safety: - For your peace of mind, the house is equipped with smoke detectors in each room and a fire extinguisher on the ground floor. - All common areas have surveillance cameras to ensure the safety of the premises and residents. 3. Connectivity: Although located in the countryside, our house is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, ideal for remote work or to stay connected with your loved ones. 4. Parking: There is a parking space available for guests with vehicles. Please note that it is shared with guests of the adjoining accommodation. 5. Animals: While we love animals, we prefer not to accommodate more than one per booking. Thank you for your understanding. 6. Neighborhood: Although there are no direct neighbors, the adjoining accommodation may be occupied by other guests. We ask that you respect their peace and quiet, especially during the late hours. 7.
