Cooinda means 'happy place', which is how you'll feel when you arrive at your Coastal Retreat. Enjoy modern amenities, beach access, an outdoor shower, and a BBQ area. Nearby are archery grounds, horse riding, hiking trails, restaurants, and a grocery store. With a self-check-in process and on-site caretaker, we ensure a comfortable and welcoming stay. The space A newly renovated interior boasts fresh, natural light, clean and modern features while tying in with the character and history of the property. There are three bedrooms each fitted with comfortable beds and ample space. The two 'main' rooms are fitted with new Queen beds, bedside tables and a clothes rack. The 'rumpus' room (3rd room) is fitted with two King single beds and a bunk (sleeping total of 4). This room is also attached to the 'sunroom' with a single + trundle bed - great for floor puzzles and dusting off sandy feet. The kitchen and dining area invite large groups to get creative and make memories through great conversation and delicious food. There is a bathroom with a shower plus an extra toilet room. Laundry hall with washer is also available for use. The cottage is located at our Orana campsite - a beautiful 12 ha property which at times is shared with groups who are accommodated in the main camp house. Between the months of October to April, our Bell Tent Village is open for bookings - a family camping experience that operates on the site as well adjacent to the separate toilet and shower block - please reference the map in images. Cooinda Retreat is located at the opposite end of the property and beach access is 10 steps away.
