Our home is located in the old village of Radhima, high above the waterfront and two miles from the hustle and bustle of the seaside. Hit the fabulous beaches and restaurants during the day and return home to our village retreat set against a mountain backdrop. Relax in our terraced garden in the shade of olives, lemons and pomegranates. Enjoy the warmth and hospitality of the local community. The space Our home has been recently restored to retain its original character, while providing contemporary amenities and essential comforts of home. The house features one bedroom with a queen sized bed, a living room with two sofas for two additional guests, a full kitchen and dining area, and a full bathroom. One of the highlights of this Airbnb listing is the 3 outdoor terraces, offering mountain landscape views of the village with old stone houses, amidst ancient olive groves, as well as stunning sunsets over the Bay of Vlore. Secluded from the road, our garden features lush mediterranean flowers and four terraces with limestone retaining walls, each boasting olive trees, also home to lemon & pomegranate trees which provide ample shade and privacy. Radhime Village is an ideal location for guests looking to escape busy life and immerse themselves in Albania's natural beauty. The house provides an ideal base for those looking to explore the nearby beaches, national park, historic sites and local villages. The nearby towns of Vlore and Orikum offer additional amenities such as restaurants, shops and cultural attractions. Due to its quiet village location, we expect all of our guests to respect our neighbours and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially around the garden and outdoor terraces. A car is essential for this location. This hidden gem includes modern amenities such as air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, BBQ, coffee machine, and a washing machine. Accommodation can sleep a maximum of 4 people, comfortably sleeps 3, 4 on request only (extra charge applies) Set over 3 floors the house consists of: Kitchen/Dining - Cook up a storm in our fully-equipped newly restored kitchen, complete with electric oven, electric/gas hob, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dining table with 4 chairs, 2 comfy armchairs, lamp and all the utensils you'll need, from the kitchen you can go onto the balcony to enjoy your morning coffee & breakfast, with an outside table, 4 chairs & umbrella. Hallway/Utility - Entrance hallway leading to the 1st floor living accommodation, washing machine, laundry bin, additional small fridge, storage cupboards, covered garden terrace, outside table with 4 chairs. Living Room - Relax in our cosy living room, featuring 2 sofa's, a Smart TV, dual aspect windows with shutters, air conditioning and storage cupboards. Bedroom 1 - Retreat to our peaceful and serene bedroom, featuring a comfortable queen size bed, blackout shutters, rustic fireplace, air conditioning, bed side tables with lamps, built in wardrobes with ample hanging space and storage, vanity/desk with chair, full length mirror and a selection of books. Bathroom - Full bathroom featuring large walk in rain shower, toilet, bidet, built in sink unit with mirror and ample storage, hairdryer. Upper Terrace - Climbing a spiral stone-covered staircase, leads to our expansive rooftop terrace, where you can relax in the evenings, and watch the sunset with a glass of your favorite beverage. If you need a break from the beaches, you can spend a day sunbathing on our 2 chaise lounge chairs, with sunshade umbrella, cooking on the BBQ or cooling off in the rooftop shower. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire house, with a private gated entrance, stairs leading up to the enclosed garden and living accommodation, set over 3 floors. Other things to note No parking on property - We do not have a driveway or garage, but you can find on street parking outside our property. Must climb stairs - There is a path leading up from the main road to the gated entrance of the property, stairs leading up from the garden to the kitchen level, more stairs up leading to the living accommodation and also a spiral staircase from here leading up to the roof terrace.
