Walk to Linfield University in about 5 minutes, or stroll 20 minutes to downtown 3rd Street for great restaurants and shopping. In the evenings, unwind with a glass of wine on the back porch. This cozy, functional space is thoughtfully designed for both weekend getaways and longer stays. The upstairs master bedroom opens to a spacious bath with walk-in shower, freestanding tub, and walk-in closet. The second bedroom features a twin bed and a dedicated workspace. The third bedroom, with a queen bed, is on the main floor with easy access to a second full bathroom. Quality linens and towels provided. Each bedroom and bathroom has its own split heating unit—no cold feet in winter—and A/C units in every bedroom ensures summer comfort. Washer and dryer available. Enjoy the large, private backyard with Adirondack chairs, a covered picnic area, and a hammock—perfect for relaxing after a day exploring wine country. Guest access All spaces with exception to shed and owner closet are available to guests Other things to note -Please note that sleeping on the furniture is not allowed for hygiene reasons. While the home sleeps 5 people, please look at the bed set up before deciding to stay. -The hot water in the home is run on a tank heater, which means that you may need to wait a few minutes between guests showers. -While we have portable and window units in each room, we don't have central A/C as many homes in the PNW.
