The second unit is a cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bath space ideal for a couple or small family. Both units share a landscaped backyard complete with an outdoor fireplace, perfect for evening gatherings under the stars. Located just 2 minutes from Aldea wedding venue, 7 miles from Norther Arizona University, and only a 14 minute drive to downtown Flagstaff, this property provides the perfect balance and seclusion. With nearby trails and fresh mountain air, its the perfect escape! The property also includes a game room with 2 stationary bikes and many activities for kiddos to enjoy, free EV charging station, fresh fruit and veggies (seasonal), BBQ grill, custom Cornhole boards (seasonal), and outdoor fire pit ensuring a comfortable and fun stay for all. Book both units together and create unforgettable memories gathering in the pines! Pets are allowed with additional fee (no more than 3 combined for both units). The yard is not fully fenced, so per county ordinance, they must be leashed at all times. We have a pet potty area for them to do their business so we can keep the grass green for all guests without burn spots. There is a "pooper scooper" available as well as "doggy doo" bags and a trash can to dispose of all poo waste in the potty area. Guest access You will have access to the entire property (both units) and shared space for your stay. There are no parties or large gatherings allowed per county ordinance.
