Two 3/4 bathrooms and each one is supplied with extra towels and toiletries. Each bedroom has lake views supplied with extra linens. Caution: Victoria Villa is 2 stories. The stairs are steep with an angle of 60° and a low clearance at the bottom of the stairwell. If the stairs are not accommodating to you and/or your guests, an alternative route is walking outside to access the lower level. The property is grandfathered in from the county and modifications have been addressed to ensure safety. A signed waiver is required before your stay. Outside: The acreage is 0.9 and there is a long driveway. Brand new 40ft dock and aqua steps for easy lake access. Lake Victoria is 417 acres with excellent fishing. It’s part of the chain of lakes but only accessible by jet ski, canoe or small boat. There’s plenty of firewood to enjoy bonfires and a BBQ (during spring, summer and fall). With I-94 and downtown Alexandria only a couple miles away, this property is very conveniently located. Check-in: You will receive a door code the day of your check-in. This code will be valid from 3PM on the day of your check-in until 11:15AM on the day of your check out.
