Located a few meters from the Crato Viaduct (main entrance to the city), close to pharmacies, Sao Luiz supermarket, Velho do Caldo and other amenities, our house can accommodate 5 people. Large space, containing: 2 en-suites, 2 external bathrooms, porch with hammock area, gourmet barbecue, kitchen equipped with basic items, swimming pool with waterfall, whirlpool, shower and parking for 4 or 5 cars, electric fence and electric gate. Located 6 km from Expocrato The space For those seeking rest, this is THE place! Quiet location in the Muriti neighborhood and good neighborhood. Our space has 2 en-suites with air-conditioning, 2 full beds and 1 twin bed, wardrobes and work space (home-office). The kitchen has basic utensils (dishes, cutlery, glasses, etc.), a refrigerator, stove, microwave, water purifier, barbecue grill and freezer We provide bed linens, consisting of elastic sheet, flat sheet, blanket, pillows with pillowcases and bath and face towels. Other things to note Our priority is to provide a comfortable and respectful stay for everyone. - If you wish to hold an event or party, we ask that you inform the host in advance for evaluation and approval. - To maintain a harmonious environment, we request that the volume of music, conversations and other sounds be kept at levels that do not disturb the neighborhood, especially during the night . - The number of guests must respect the limit approved in the reservation. Meetings or events not previously reported may result in the application of a R$ 300 fee. - We provide the standard amount of bedding and bath towels.
