ROOM WISE DETAILS: BEDROOMS: - All bedrooms come with attached bathrooms - Queen-size beds with two wooden side tables - Spacious cupboards provided for storage - 1 bedroom located on the ground floor (accessible via 4 steps) - 3 bedrooms located on the first floor (accessible via 20 steps) - Comfortable and well-appointed interiors for a restful stay BATHROOM: - All bathrooms are equipped with 25ltr hot water boiler (please turn on 15 minutes prior to use). - Glass partitions for a modern look. - 100% cotton bath towels. - 100% cotton face napkins. - Organic hand, body, and hair products. LIVING ROOM: - Modern living room on the ground floor with a ceiling height of 14 feet. - Seating arrangement includes a 5-seater sofa and 3 puffy. - Equipped with a 65" TV, WiFi, a 2-ton AC, and a JBL Party Box 110. DINING: - 10-seat dining table attached to the living area porch. - Comfortable cutlery, crockery, and glassware are available for 15-18 guests. KITCHEN: - Guest has full access to kitchen. - Equipped with gas cooktop, 230-liter refrigerator, microwave, hot water kettle, Blue Star water dispenser, and all necessary items for basic cooking. - The kitchen team is available to assist with any cooking needs. Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after this time. - We provide an in-house speaker; outside speakers or music systems are not permitted - Food and drinks are not allowed in the pool. - Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. - After using the swimming pool, strictly avoid using the living room furniture in wet clothes. - Guests are requested to be very careful around the pool area as the floor may be slippery. - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. HOUSE TRUTHS - The caretaker does not stay at the property. Service staff will be available daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. The network is subject to availability at any given time. - Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel/Vodafone work fairly well here. - All meal plan: Rs. 1,500/- (Adult) & Rs. 800/- (Kid) per person per night (Includes: (Lunch - Hitea - Dinner - breakfast) - Live BBQ: Rs. 4,000 (includes BBQ set and a professional BBQ master). BBQ timings are fixed for 1 hour and 30 minutes between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Materials on actual. - During the rainy season or extreme heat, fluctuations in water chemistry may occur due to external factors such as airborne nutrients and ozone, potentially altering the pool's pH levels and color. While we strive to maintain water quality, some natural changes are beyond our control. - All electronic gadgets/equipment are regularly serviced. In the event of sudden technical failure, the management will endeavour to resolve the issue, but cannot be held responsible. - Guests are not permitted to enter other villas besides the one allocated during their stay with The Aaramghar Stay. The Aaramghar Stays bears no responsibility for consequences arising from trespassing or noise complaints. - Any inappropriate behaviour or violation of house rules may result in refusal of booking or, if already checked in, guests may be asked to leave at the discretion of management. - Guests are not permitted to invite additional guests or day visitors during their stay. Each additional guest will be charged Rs. 1,500 per person per night. - Due to heavy monsoons, the property may experience seepage and dampness, which is beyond our control. The garden area may also show signs of wear and tear. - There are 10 extra mattresses and duvets available at the villa. - Guests are advised to keep doors and windows shut to prevent insects and bugs from entering the property. - A contract for pest control services has been awarded to a certified pest control company. - Pool timings are from 8:00 AM to 10 PM. - Check-In time is at 1:00 PM, and Check-Out time is at 11:00 AM. - Loud music is not permitted post 10 PM, and DJ setups are not allowed. - Separate accommodations for drivers or nannies are not available. - EV car charging facility is not provided. - Please allow 10-15 minutes for hot water after switching on the geyser. -Our pool heating system is sourced from the United Kingdom, and our maintenance contractor operates from Pune and Mumbai. In the event of a technical issue or the need for spare parts causing a heating system malfunction, we kindly request a grace period of a few hours or up to 24 hours to resolve the issue. - We maintain an in-house electrical and plumbing team stationed in Lonavala, conducting weekly inspections to address any maintenance concerns. Occasionally, unforeseen electrical or plumbing glitches may occur due to extreme weather conditions (heat, wind, and rain) or technical issues. We kindly request your patience and cooperation while we resolve these issues with our team. Please note that such occurrences are rare, happening only once in every 100 bookings. - Bonfire and BBQ services will remain unavailable during the monsoon season (June to September). - All food menu selections and chef-on-hire requests must be finalized at least 72 hours prior to check-in. Aaramghar Stays reserves the right to decline any food or chef requests made after this period. - Outdoor TV projection is not available. - There is a slight crack on the stone dining table. - The stairs to the terrace and the terrace entrance may be slightly slippery due to the monsoon. - A dedicated housekeeping team of 2 will have access to the villa’s main entrance and backdoor (if applicable). If any guest is uncomfortable with this arrangement, they may inform us via the Airbnb message. - Due to heavy rains, some walls may show signs of seepage. POLICIES - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. - A refundable deposit of Rs. 5000/- will be collected before check-in. If the length of stay is more than three days deposit may vary accordingly.
