This is a stylish new lodging at Ryoudenji Temple, a Zen temple with a history of about 400 years. We offer unique temple experience programs such as zazen (seated meditation), sutra copying, tea ceremony, iaido (Japanese martial art), incense making and temple chores. The space Our lodging is available for exclusive rental. You can enjoy a private stay without any disturbances. The area around the temple is surrounded by trees in a valley, offering a rich natural environment that makes for a pleasant walk. Guest access The dining area and kitchen on the first floor are not available for use. Other things to note If the water heating system stops working due to a power outage or other issue, please press the gas switch located in the storage room at the back of the shower area.
