Please Note: This property is located in a quiet, working-class neighborhood with a mix of older and newer homes. Some nearby properties show signs of age or wear, and while it’s not a polished subdivision, it’s a lived-in area where we’ve successfully hosted many guests who’ve felt safe, relaxed, and welcomed. If you’re seeking a luxury setting or newly built neighborhood, this may not be the best fit. If you’re looking for charm, function, and a great base for outdoor access and local flavor—Riverfront Retreat is a perfect match! Guest access Guests have full private access to the entire main level of the home and the fully fenced backyard, including the fire pit and outdoor seating area. Parking is available in the carport, with room for two vehicles. Street parking is also available if needed. Please note: The garage and half-basement are not accessible to guests and are used for owner storage. The rest of the home and outdoor space are all yours to enjoy. We’re happy to assist with anything you need during your stay. Other things to note This is a cozy, 100+ year-old home located in an established Grand Junction neighborhood. While the home has been thoughtfully updated for comfort, you may notice some original features and quirks typical of older homes. The neighborhood includes a mix of older and newer homes with lots of character. It’s a peaceful, lived-in area—we’ve hosted many happy guests here who’ve enjoyed the quiet charm and easy access to trails and downtown. For added peace of mind, the sliding glass door includes both a standard latch and a backup security bar. Please note: Guests do not have access to the garage or half-basement, and these spaces remain locked for owner use.
