Take care of laundry with ease using the in-unit washer and dryer, perfect for longer stays or quick refreshes. Detergent provided for guests. Whip up a simple meal in our sleek kitchenette featuring microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and large sink. Park your vehicle worry-free in our designated off-street parking spots just steps from the apartment. Guest access Guests have private and exclusive access to the entire unit and 2 parking spots directly in front of the space. Please note: To give you the best possible experience, our professional management team requires a mandatory Guest Portal to that allows you to access the house. As a part of the booking process you will be given the choice between a damage waiver that covers $5,000 in damage or a refundable damage deposit hold. You are welcome to choose either option! Whichever is most convenient for you. Other things to note SleepyHollow is accessed via the alley only. Confirmed guests will be given specific instructions for easy check-in.
